At NOVASTRA LEGAL, we advise on contentious and non-contentious matters in the areas of commercial, property and private client work, through structured virtual conferences or in-person meetings.
Each matter begins with an understanding of the client’s objectives and the circumstances giving rise to it. The legal position and relevant requirements are then assessed, identifying the issues arising, the rights and obligations involved, and any immediate risks. The available courses of action are then considered in light of the practical and commercial factors relevant to the matter.
This may involve contractual disputes, debt recovery, property transactions, or the administration of estates and the distribution of inherited assets. It may also involve court proceedings where parties are unable to reach resolution.

She is a lawyer with experience in both contentious and non-contentious civil matters, including contract disputes, estate applications, and property transactions. Adept at balancing legal risk with commercial priorities, she is committed to providing practical, ethical advice that advances her clients’ objectives. Her in-house experience has strengthened her understanding of procurement, governance and strategic decision-making within organisations.
Samantha is a member of the Law Association of Trinidad and Tobago, holds a valid practising certificate, and is registered with the Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago.
